Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. An opened or damaged product cannot be returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items may be returned via InPost, courier or personally delivered to 130 Meadowbrook, Athlone, co. Westmeath N37C8K7. The costs of return of items are covered by the buyer.

The products may be returned only after it being previously arranged with the Seller via email. Returns without previous consultation via email will not be accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at avonshop.ie@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you received any free products with your order (eg. a perfume sample) or a different product at a discounted price in special offer connected to the product (eg. „buy one, get another for 1€”), return them as well. Otherwise you might not receive a refund.

Items that cannot be returned are:

  • opened products (perfumes included). If you are unsure if you will like cetain fragrance, small samples are available for purchase.
  • custom products (eg. handmade gifts made by your specifications).
  • items ordered with an option of wrapping it as a gift.

Damages and issues
We make all efforts to ensure you receive your items in good condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email avonshop.ie@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please, do not send the item without notifying us first, as items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Things that does not qualify as damaged are:

  • damages of the cover (wrinckled or dented box, broken foil if the product is foiled by the producer).
  • Spelling errors, if the writing matches with what was requested by the buyer.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Your money will be refunded after the product is returned and accepted. If the Seller determines the product was opened, you will not receive the refund, even if you returned the product.
